Returns & Refunds

  • Please note that you can only return damaged items for exchange. If an exchange is not available for a similar product then a refund will be offered.
  • All damaged items must be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt.  Items reported after 24 hours would not be exchanged or refunded.
  • You can exchange item before dispatch, change of mind is not applicable after dispatch. For customised items, this policy is not applicable.
  • Partial refunds are granted if any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Delays due to shipping companies or in custom clearance are not our responsibility and refund will not be granted.
  • Any delivered item is returned after 14 days.
  • We will send you an email to notify that we have received your item and inspected. We will inform you the approval or rejection of your refund.  After approval, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchange, it will not be applicable to Sales items and sales items cannot be refunded.
  • Customised items can't be refunded or exchanged.
  • You have to pay for your own shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
